Course Format:

The exercises are very simple. They do not require a great deal of time, and it does not matter where you do them. They need no preparation. The training period is 7 days. Work through each day at your own pace. Do not undertake to do more than one set of exercises a day. However, if you feel like you need to repeat the certain day, feel free to take your time.


What’s Covered:

We’ll lead you through the basics of original meditation taught by Buddha to help you to bring awareness and mindfulness to your daily life. We will also learn how to face our fears and find the only root of them all, and we are going to introduce you to a certain technique which will help you to fulfill your any desires.
