❇️ We are sure that most of you if not all already know how to meditate and, probably, practice meditation daily. However, there are things this basic course can give you. Learning is the key to finding answers. And if you are here, that means there are some questions you still have. We are happy to help you with finding the answers.

We are going to be learning the basics of meditation for the upcoming 7 days. We are going to have only one session today, and it will be 15 minutes long, and you will be introduced to a very easy focus point - your breath.

🤔 Remember, that it is best to choose the time of day when you know you will be receptive to calming and stillness. Some prefer early mornings before they move into their day, and others enjoy using it to wine down and ground themselves in the evening. Either way, the first and fundamental step in learning to meditate is a commitment to the practice of meditation. 

So take a moment to extend some gratitude to yourself for taking this first step.

Now, only one meditative practice is required today. Choose the best time yourself. Remember that meditation is your homework, and you can use the concentration you practice at home to be aware of your reaction to any situations that arise during the day. Thanks to meditative practices, in time, you will awaken with an acknowledgment of the truth about yourself, reinforce it throughout the day, and reaffirm your function and your only purpose here.
