📌 The exercises in the course are very simple. They need no preparation. They do not require a great deal of time, and it does not matter where you do them. Simply add 10-15 minutes twice a day to your schedule: once in the morning (as soon as you wake up) and once in the evening (right before you go to sleep). There are so many changes awaiting you at the end of the course, we cannot wait to see the beginning of your transformation. But let's be a little bit patient 🤪.
